Fellowship

Lisa Allen   -

Fellowship happens when you serve, pray, give, share with one another.

GFC sent a team to serve two Haitian communities in the Dominican Republic, and supported the team in prayer and financial support.

The team served with children’s ministry which brought joy, encouragement & the love of Christ through singing, dancing, crafts and outdoor activities.

Others, worked on pavilion construction, which will be used for Bible classes, English and tech classes, and larger gatherings like church services. Jared Stauffer shared, “Little things do matter, like taking over shoveling for the people who are tired; a simple conversation with a fellow volunteer; or a few words exchanged with the children. [In each situation] you’re showing God’s love toward people.”

No matter one’s age, being with others who share values is an important aspect of fellowship.

How will you spend time with others at GFC?
