Who are We? 

At Axios Youth, we are a vibrant community of young believers who have been called to rise to the challenges of our time. The name “Axios,” derived from the Greek word meaning “worthy” or “deserving,” reflects our belief in the inherent worth and potential of every young person. Just as each of us is intrinsically valuable, we recognize the importance of cultivating our abilities and character in alignment with our faith.

When do we meet?

• Sunday Morning Spark @ 9:30am
• Wednesday Night Youth Group @6:30pm
  • No Wednesday Youth group during the  Summer
  • First Youth Group of the School year 8/28/24
• Open Youth Room (Wednesday during the Summer until 8/14) @12-4pm

The youth room will be open to all this summer each Wednesday afternoon, 12pm-4pm. We will have a Playstation 5, Nintendo Switch, and an Xbox one. As well as many board/card games like Uno, Throw Throw Burrito and Exploding Kittens. And of course, our ping pong table will be available for some friendly competition. (Last open youth room on 8/14)

Every month this summer, we will gather together and watch a movie in the Jochum’s basement theater. Immediately following the movie we will disscuss how to approach the movie from a Christian worldview and learn the lesson hid beneath the surface. Our next movie is Into the Spiderverse on August 30th at 6pm

🚨⚠️ Attention Youth Group Members! ⚠️🚨 The end is near! Or at least it will be on August 9th at 5:30 PM when the epic Battle at Lazerdome erupts! It’s an all-out apocalyptic laser tag showdown, and we need YOU to join the fight! Suit up, grab your blasters, and get ready to defend your team in the most intense, hilarious, and adrenaline-pumping event of the year. Entry Fee: Just $25 per student! It’s a small price to pay to save the world (or at least have a blast pretending to)! Get ready for an unforgettable night of laser tag mayhem, where friendships are forged in the fires of battle, and the only thing more intense than the action will be the laughs and fun we’ll share. Don’t miss out on this epic adventure—mark your calendars, gather your courage, and prepare for the Battle at Lazerdome! Remember: The fate of our laser-tagged world rests in your hands. Get ready to make a splash at our Back to School Pool Party! Join us for an evening of fun, food, and fellowship at the Angelucci’s on August 21st from 5-9 pm. Dive into the end of summer with a refreshing swim and exciting poolside activities.We’ve got the grill fired up with delicious hamburgers and hot dogs, but we need your help to make it a feast to remember! Please bring a drink and/or side dish to share as we celebrate the start of a new school year together.Let’s soak up every last drop of summer fun before hitting the books! See you at the pool party!
