Who Are We?
Who Are We?

At Axios Youth, we are a vibrant community of young believers who have been called to rise to the challenges of our time. The name “Axios,” derived from the Greek word meaning “worthy” or “deserving,” reflects our belief in the inherent worth and potential of every young person. Just as each of us is intrinsically valuable, we recognize the importance of cultivating our abilities and character in alignment with our faith.

(1 John 3:1 & 1 Timothy 4:12)

When Do We Meet?

Sunday Morning Spark:
Sunday Morning Spark:

SPARK, Axios Youth’s Sunday School program, meets every Sunday at 9:30 AM. Designed to ignite curiosity and a deeper connection to Scripture, SPARK encourages students to crack open their Bibles, ask meaningful questions, and engage in lively, discussion-based lessons. With a strong focus on practical application, SPARK equips students to live out their faith in everyday life.

Wednesday Night Youth Group:
Wednesday Night Youth Group:

Axios Youth’s Wednesday Night Youth Group meets every Wednesday at 6 PM. It’s a dynamic evening packed with fun games, heartfelt worship, and meaningful lessons. The highlight of the night is small group time, where students deepen their relationships with Christ and each other through open, honest conversations about faith and life.

What Are We Learning?

Current Spark Series: Poison Fruit
Current Spark Series: "Poison Fruit"

Poison Fruit is all about one simple question: what is your life actually producing? Because whether you realize it or not, everyone’s growing something—good or bad. Each week we’re calling out the toxic stuff that sneaks into our lives (anger, drama, pride, bad habits) and figuring out how it actually affects us. It’s real, it’s honest, and it might hit a little closer to home than you expect. 🍎

Current YG Series: Momentum Matters
Current YG Series: "Momentum Matters"

Momentum Matters is a powerful new series designed to help students take real, practical steps in their walk with Jesus. Through daily habits like prayer, reading the Bible, and living in authentic community, students will discover that small, consistent choices create life-changing spiritual growth. This isn’t about being perfect—it’s about moving forward, building rhythm, and becoming who God has called you to be.

Events:

At Axios Youth, we believe in building strong, lasting relationships with each other and with Christ. Throughout the year, we offer a variety of events where students can fellowship, have fun, and grow together in faith. Whether it's through our weekly gatherings, special events, or hangouts outside of church, there’s always something happening to help you connect with your peers and deepen your relationship with God. Join us as we do life together!

Axios @ The Movies: 5/8
Axios @ The Movies: 5/8

Get ready for an unforgettable night at Axios at the Movies! Join us on May 8th in the Youth Room for a special movie night where faith meets film. The movie title will be revealed during youth group, so come curious and ready to be inspired. Together, we’ll watch, reflect, and dive deep into how to approach the story from a Christian worldview. It’s more than just a movie — it’s a chance to connect, grow, and see faith in action. Don’t miss out on this exciting evening of fellowship, fun, and faith! See you there!

Camp Fundraisers:

This summer, we are excited to attend summer camp at Liberty University! While the experience is incredible, the cost can be quite high. To help reduce the price per student, we have organized a variety of fundraising events. These activities are designed to make the camp more affordable for everyone and ensure that all students have the opportunity to participate in this memorable adventure.

Community Yard Sale: 5/2
Join us for a Community Yard Sale on Saturday, May 2 | 8:00 AM–2:00 PM! Come shop, sell, and support a great cause—all proceeds will help send our students to summer camp in July.
Vendor Info:
$10 per plot
Need a table? We can provide one for an additional $5 per table
Donations: Any additional donations are welcome and completely optional, at the discretion of those who attend.
Plus, a food truck will be on-site serving breakfast and lunch, so come hungry and make a morning (or day) of it!
